A high-purity separation and extraction method of epimedium extract, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The epimedium coarse powder is extracted with 80% ethanol, filtered, and concentrated to recover the ethanol to obtain the crude epimedium extract;
Dissolve the crude epimedium extract in water, filter, and pass the supernatant through a DM301 macroporous resin adsorption column for adsorption:

Elute the adsorption column with water until it is colorless. Elute the adsorption column with 20% ethanol, 45% ethanol, and 60% ethanol in sequence, and collect the ethanol eluates of corresponding concentrations;

Concentrate the 45% ethanol eluate and recover ethanol: adjust the pH of the concentrated solution to 5, extract with ethyl acetate, discard the water phase and concentrate to recover ethyl acetate to obtain the extract; repeat the extract with hot ethanol. Crystallize and dry to obtain epimedium:

Concentrate the 60% ethanol eluate and recover ethanol: adjust the pH of the concentrated solution to 5, extract with ethyl acetate, discard the water phase and concentrate to recover ethyl acetate to obtain the extract: repeat the extract with hot ethanol. Crystallize and dry to obtain epimedium II:

The 20% ethanol eluate is concentrated, the ethanol is recovered, and the icarione is obtained after drying.
2. method as claimed in claim 1, it is characterized in that, when using 80% ethanol to extract epimedium bud coarse powder, extract 3 times at 70° C. with a material-to-liquid ratio of 1:10, each extraction for 90 minutes , filter and combine the filtrate.
